Extremely disappointed with our experience at Meridiana Adventure Cove. Despite already paying high HOA dues, we were charged $15 per guest — only to be kicked out just 30 minutes later due to a power outage. There was no apology, no refund, and not even a courtesy pass for a future visit. When we tried to return another day to make up for the lost time, the staff was completely unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate us in any way. It felt like they had no interest in providing basic customer service or showing any understanding of the situation. The overall experience was made worse by the rude and inexperienced lifeguards and staff. Meanwhile, loud and unruly guests are allowed to act out without consequence, yet families like ours are treated poorly for simply wanting to enjoy a peaceful evening. With the way this facility is being run, it’s clear that resident satisfaction is not a priority. Very disappointing.

We absolutely loved Adventures Cove. We went for the soft opening. Very large, clean, nice staff. The lazy river was awesome.

Glad that Meridiana started it this year. Worth the HOA fees. The funnel cake food truck at Adventure Cove is great (try the Oreo one , they call it the celebrity).

Place is great especially for kids. However I'm giving it 4 stars because information across life guards should be consistent especially if they're trying to be strict about entry. Life guards are friendly but play around too much.
