About

Reservoir Park Public Pool, located at 901 W 15th St, Tyrone, PA 16686, USA, is a community-focused aquatic facility offering recreational swimming opportunities for residents and visitors. It typically features a large outdoor pool, often accompanied by amenities like a diving board, slides, or a shallow area for younger children, providing a refreshing escape during warm weather months.

Specific, real-time pool temperatures for Reservoir Park Public Pool are generally not publicly advertised and can vary based on weather conditions, time of year, and facility management. Public pools typically aim to maintain water temperatures within a comfortable range for recreational swimming, often between 78-82°F (25-28°C), but it's best to contact the facility directly for the most current information.

What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for the facility are mixed. Positive feedback praises the pool for being generally clean and comfortable, with a welcoming atmosphere, pleasant people, and excellent swimming lessons, which many children enjoy. However, there are significant criticisms regarding the cleanliness of the bathrooms, which are frequently described as disgusting, and issues with showers having inconsistent water temperatures or limited functionality. Concerns were also raised about lifeguard attentiveness, unsupervised kiddie pools, and occasional staffing problems. Furthermore, strict policies, such as a 48" height requirement for slides regardless of age or swimming ability, and frequent pool closures for parties or 'community nights,' have led to frustration among families, with some finding season passes a waste of money.

Ive had poor experience after poor exoerience here. Bathrooms are often disgusting. The shower barely has warm water or like.last time, scalding hot water and only one of the stalls work in each changing room. The lifeguards stand around and talk/flirt. No one mans the separste kiddie pool. Some years they have a problem with staffing. Every Friday and Saturday night its basically reserved for parties. And on nights where they have "community nights" they close the pool for an hour to make everyone have to donate canned foods and to cleanup or give the kids breaks or whatever.

I take my son here almost everyday, he’s 5 and he loves it! It’s a very clean and comfortable space, everyone is welcoming and more. Also, they do swimming lessons as well and they are excellent at helping with one on one as well. 🤗

If you have kids that love slides, dont go here. If your kid is not 48" dont matter if the can swim or age the are NOT allowed down the slide that is in 3ft of water. This is a tease for the younger ones that want to go down and can swim or are on the shorter side for their age. I got season passes this yr not knowing and now it is a waste of money cause my kids hate it there. Other pools in the area allow kids to go down slides. I would look into other pools, not this one.
