Spa got unplugged during winter and froze causing the pump wet end housing/the 90° pump-heater union to break. Took some time, which was expected, but they were able to find all the correct parts to build a new fitting. Life saver as three other stores couldn't help me out. Appreciate it, and they definitely earned my future business. Thanks.

Sebastian set up our pool table, that we purchased from Brady’s, today. We were very impressed with how careful they were brining in the boxes, they laid down pads and blankets so that our floors wouldn’t get scuffed/dirty. They cleaned up all boxes and packaging material before leaving. They made sure the pool table was exactly where we want it. Before he left he explained any details about the table. We are super excited about it. So glad we bought local.

We bought a used spa (close to 20 years old) and Dave at Brady's has been very helpful at finding the right parts so we could get it to run like new. I try to buy local before I shop online but I was hesitant because our spa was so old that I figured nobody would have the parts in their store. But, I decided to stop in Brady's and I'm glad I did.

Phoned in first thing in the morning with a dead hot tub. Later that morning a service man arrived to see if he could identify the electrical issue. That was done quickly and after a trip to the shop, he returned in the afternoon to replace the water heater. I appreciate the promptness to get me back into hot water!!! Thanks!
