I don’t feel safe at this pool. On 6/29/25, a man had a pistol on his person. He reached up with both arms and unbeknownst to patron his shirt became lodged behind pistol that was in waistband before concealing it again after it was exposed for a few minutes. He stood over kiddie area during this time. Scary! I mentioned this to a lifeguard and messaged the borough. Borough replied that they would talk to lifeguards. Then on 7/4/25, my daughter had her goggles stolen. Last year, a friend had their crocs stolen. Be sure to protect your belongings. A few patrons were openly vaping in front of staff yesterday without any consequence. The water is very dirty with lots of debris floating in water and resting on the bottom. I’ve never seen an adult employee from the borough present-just kids working. Once, I was changing (they don’t any privacy curtains) on a bench and a female employee walked through without any notice. As an adult, I especially don’t feel comfortable with a minor possibly seeing me naked. You’d have to occupy a dirty toilet stall if you want to change in private. Also, the grass is often in need of mowing. Large amounts of dead leaves from last fall are left against fence near ice cream stand. It’s unfortunate because they do have a nice concession stand with reasonable prices. The lifeguards are very attentive as well!

This is the best pool to go to around here. It's cheap, the staff are nice. They allow pool toys/tubes/floaties unlike other places. They have a variety of food options if you buy from the concession stands. My kids prefer this pool to the Ebensburg pool, by a mile. It has a few slide options and diving board, and it's shaped like a pool should be shaped. There's plenty of room in the shallow end for kids and even more room in the deeper end(s). We'll always go to the Hastings pool!

drive past this pool every day on way to work, always looks fun ! tube Slide is new should try out sometime soon. Chubby blond lifeguard was very sweet, rest were offending too my friend. Still on hot days very nice place to hang out nothing else to do in town :)

We get a season pass here every year. Great place to take the kids they go almost every day. They also have great snack options like chicken nuggets at a very reasonable price
