If you’re going to life guard in pairs, that’s great. However, both need to actually be watching their assigned area. The two guards pictured were originally at the top of the kids slide, in the toddler/kid area. Instead of watching the kids, they wanted to make it social hour. When people are trusting you with their littles, you need to do the job you were assigned. Not just sit and socialize. My child’s arm was stuck in the rail in the line to the kid slide, and yet these two “life guards” didn’t see it to help, because they were busy laughing and talking to each other. Neither of them should have a job at a pool if they can’t take their job seriously. There are certain rules and guidelines lifeguards have to follow, and these two aren’t doing it.
Great way to spend a summer day. 6 slides (5 body and 1 tube slide). Lazy River. Lap pool. Water Basketball. Kiddie area and splash pad. 10-12 is membership only swim* Watch weather forecast as they do shut down and I don’t believe they offer refunds. Clean bathrooms. Friendly staff and plenty of lifeguards. Concession stand available but can bring in own food. We love it here!
Be prepared to wait 30+ minutes in line. I wish I was exaggerating and I'm glad the other reviews agree because it was beyond horrible how slow the line moves. It takes the fully staffed checkout desk several minutes to check out a single family, I wouldn't recommend coming here if you think there will be other people because you WILL be waiting in the sun for awhile. We ended up leaving after 30 minutes of waiting along with several other families, and by that point we'd moved up maybe 3 spaces in line. No idea what takes so long, and they don't give anyone in line a heads up to make things more efficient. Just go somewhere else
The price are varied. If you live 10 minutes you will be pay out of state fees. Lifeguard are the lowest point here, they will not help you if you are drowning. They will talk and laugh with their friends mainly cause they don’t have any one here that is serious about their job. On August 3, 2025 I almost drowned the life guard reminded seated on did nothing at the 12 feet pool. This occurred within 3 pm to 5 pm shift. Honestly this is not a safe place.
Great park for price! Check in line is not efficient and took us 30 minutes just to get it in on a Wednesday. Exploring a better system should be a priority for management of park. If there is an online or app option it’s not advertised well. I assume there is not.
