If you enjoy some open space and have kids who love to pick flowers. Plenty of options for shelters with picnic tables. Just be warned that in the spring, they're covered in pollen!
Nice park. Will come back and walk trails. Was here from out of town for a softball tournament, not near enough bathrooms and no trash cans. I would imagine there is a lot of clean up when you can't find trash cans.
Safe for families, special and add, and wonderful natural freshness
This is a wonderful park with lots of area to enjoy. They are doing demolition on the pool right now so its a little noisy at times and there is a chunk of park fenced off around that area. There is a large tree with lots of burls on it that started a friendly argument between me and my wife. I think it looks like a bear cub hugging the tree. My wife thinks it looks like a dogs head. I definitely enjoy this park again.
This park has it all for everyone, great playground, trail, picnic areas and even a pond for fishing. The parking is everywhere the location is easy to find. Not sure about the name choice but either way, Definitely worth checking out
