Oscar and his Team at Hub City Pools are experienced, professional, and take pride in their work. They replaced our liner, installed new skimmer doors, and repaired our stairs. The work was finished ahead of schedule at a reasonable price, and he and his crew are hard-working and responsive. Just had these guys replace a old liner this year. Very prompt in ordering and getting the new liner installed. Pool looks great again and I'm super happy. These guys have earned my business in the future!

So far, so good. Very good. After having an unground pool installed in 1990, and replacing the vinyl liner for the first and only time in 2013, it has finally succumbed to the ravages of time. Not too shabby for a 35 year old beautiful pool that's been meticulously and loving maintained! The family (brothers) came out from Hub City to evaluate and measure for a new liner. We were 100 per cent impressed by their work ethic, integrity, and helpful attitude. This is a new pool business in Jackson, with a local owner, and a family operation. Please support it. I'll post another review after the installation. Looking forward based on what we've experienced thus far with working on this family owned business!

I'd give a zero if I could. They started out great. They put in a brand new liner, but when they put it in, they left it bunched up. Oscar said they would come to fix it....never did! Then Oscar told me to start scheduling through the office, hreat no big deal. I even told him it was great that they were growing.. Then Austin came to open the pool, did a crappy job, so I called Oscar. Oscar came out and said, "I'm sorry man. I told Austin he needs to work slower to make sure things are done right." I got in my pool the first time this year, new liner is 2 years old, and there are small holes, that look like stretch holes. I messaged Oscar and per him, since he didn't like me telling him about the crappy open job they did, he wasn't dealing with us anymore. I have NEVER disrespected the man or the job he does.i simply told him the guy opening the pool did a horrible job. Be careful with this company. I think they are going to fast with jobs and we, the consumer are the ones stuck with the issues created due to their lack of responsibility.

Wow! I can’t thank you enough for your recommendations following the disastrous way we were left hanging by another company. The owners and staff at Hub City are very knowledgeable and jumped right in to help us. We are finally able to swim this season at mid- July since opening in May. I am a very satisfied customer and will always use Hub City Pools in the future. Thank you again.
