Vern nice place. We stayed here last weekend. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept the place neat as a pin. It has a small store, marina on a lake, nice pool and oversize sites. Water pressure and electric were excellent and they pick up your trash at the end of you site, shortly after you put it out. 3 nights, full hook ups, all in $109. We would certainly stay here again when in the area

My son and I booked our stay on a Sat for the next day and not only did they have a room available they were very reasonably priced. My son and I planned a fishing trip to take our Bass Boat. The rooms were great everything we needed. They had an area to park our boat along with electrical hook up to charge the batteries in the boat. Very nice facility and friendly staff. Definitely will visit again!! Highly recommend staying there if you want to fish the St John’s River!!!!

First time staying at 333 and it was for a club tournament. Very well kept up facility and it is obvious as soon as you step foot on the property. Then I stepped in the room and I was extremely impressed! Very cozy, very clean! The folks that work there are VERY friendly and is was genuine. They also have a happy hour at the store, which is really cool and very different. The store is AWESOME!!! The store could stand alone as a business in any location, it was that nice. Very nice little marina there, along with fuel. My wife wants to go next time! Loved it!

We had a wonderful weekend. Todd the General Manager is extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Beautifully kept property with beautiful views of the lake. Hubby caught a nice 4 lb bass and I enjoyed the pool!!

We had a great stay. The manager Crystal was fabulous and you couldn't ask for better service. We stayed in a tiny house and it was nice bieng right on the water ...but the downside was we didn't get to have breakfast because you aren't allowed to pan fry anything in the house and didnt know ahead of time. The only other downside to staying there was that there wasn't any shade to cook or sit under at the tiny house spots and you had to make sure to cook before dark because there werent any lights in the sitting or grill area. Loved having our boat docked but the lagoon area going out to lake is only 1 foot deep so you drag bottom or hit your prop, so be careful. Fishing was good but the lake was rough with the winds. We will definitely recommend and be back.
