Wow! Great service. Kisol Pools fixed an issue caused by previous installer. They prepped, sanded, patched holes, and finished the new gel coating with efficency. The staff showed up on time, completing the work in a timely manner. They were very polite.

Kisol Pools was wonderful to work with and offered great customer service. The pool and the equipment package we selected more than met our needs and has become a wonderful addition to our home. UPDATE: Buyer Beware, This company flags negative reviews to be removed. Below is part of a post I made on google a little over a year ago. I took down this post at the request of Freed, The owner of Exclusive Pools. He finally replaced the pool after months of begging and pleading for him to back up his warranty. We were told that the replacement was free of defects and we should be happy with the replacement. 9 months into the replacement pool, it began to discolor/Whiten. Thinking there is no way this could happen a second time over the next several months we hired and paid thousands more to several pool professionals to help us with Exclusive Pools failing fiberglass pool. The professions told us that some companies try to cut corners and use cheap materials. A specialist in fiberglass pool staining told me this wasn’t staining, but a crappy gel coat. The gel coat has also formed large spider cracks! Another failed gel coat! Freed again was nonresponsive for weeks and his son Junior as well. His only response was to take 1000 grit sandpaper and sand down my pool and pour citric acid in it. Really, sand off the gel-coat that is supposed to be protecting your pool? Do not waste tens of thousands of dollars on a Exclusive Pool or any other brand/vendor associated with this company. We are now going to have to spend tens of thousands of dollars more, to replace yet another pool. 3rd pool in 3 years. I’m not a review person, but something has to happen. I’m not the only one who’s had this experience, I know of others within my local area. ORIGINAL POST: The Fiberglass pool was manufactured by Exclusive Pools, Inc (Owner Freed Saad) and installed by Fastband, Corp. The pool arrived on site on July 28th, 2022. Upon lowering into the ground, a crack was identified. The final inspection for the pool was September 26th, 2022, on this day I reminded the installer that the black spots were still present and were not cleaning away like he had said they would. On October 12th, the manufacturer sent someone to remove the black spots with a sandpaper. After he finished, he left without any further direction or clarification of what he did. The Installer did text me the same day, after I inquired about further instructions, and told me if the problem persists, that we are covered under warranty and he will take care of it. I informed the installer that the black spots have now turned into hard black bubbles throughout the pool. He said he submitted the issue to Exclusive pools. Freed, Owner of Exclusive pools, had finally made it out to inspect the pool on December 11th, 2022, after many calls made to his business asking for action. He then informed he was going to make everything right, whether that be reimbursement, repair, or replacement. After many more attempts to communicate with Fred, we finally established a date for repair. I took multiple more calls and texts to Freed because the fiberglass repair man said he could not do the job because Freed had failed to supply the product. On February 9th, 2023, the Freed’s fiberglass repair man had instructed me to plug in his sump pump, so he could begin his sanding in the morning. On February 10th, I had sent Freed multiple pictures of the walls of the pool caving inward. The ground underneath the pavers and surrounding the pool which was acting as support for the pavers above have now collapsed inward into the fiberglass pool causing the pool to bow inward and the surrounding paver area to be unsupported and unsafe. He refused to take my calls, but answered when my husband called from his number. He sent his team to support the pool with a couple 2x4s. When I asked one of his team members to call Freed, Freed answered his phone promptly for them but then refused to speak directly to me. On February 11th through the 17th, the fiberglass guy continued his work, but instead of spraying the gel coat on, like Freed instructed me he would, he rolled everything on. He also removed the support. The coat is uneven, cracking, and clumps of gel are on the floor of the pool.

This place is Great and Fred is awesome. My wife and I decided we were going to DIY our own pool. We went on mini vacation to Florida and met with Fred at FS Pools and picked the pool we wanted. Few weeks later we began the journey of grading and digging out our pool area. Do remember i had experience on a machine to prep area and could read plans. Needless to say I was not a pool installer, but every time I called and had a question Fred from FS pools called me back or texted every time walking me through any processes needed. After 6 weekends of 12 hour days and few more to go I'm ready for concrete and electrical. The package we got came with everything needed to do it yourself. If your on a tight budget and are willing to put in the effort you can have the pool and backyard of your dreams with the FS pools DIY package around 15,000 dollars. Our overall project cost 25,000.00 If you do decide to install pool on your own and want assistance past the sell this place is the place to buy a pool from. Thanks Fred and your team for everything!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are very nice people! Working on fiberglass pools and installation, the products are always with good warranty, 15 years for the tank and all dealers are under insurance and license…very nice and affordable models. Over 30 different models
