Great atmosphere, lifeguards on duty. Free life jackets to use, water slide available, and a kiddie pool area that is really cool with sprinklers and water toys. Cash only to get in, but was affordable. Less than $15 for two adults and one child under age 5. Bathrooms available as well as a shaded picnic table area to leave towels and bags etc. I believe they have rental lockers as well if you prefer more security for your things.

Run by the YMCA and life guards don’t enforce all rules, they enforce what they want, when they want, and even throw in their own. They will even single people out if need be for being too close to one another if it bothers them and nobody else, even if those people are away from others in their own area. They don’t give equal treatment and tend to pick favorites over others as well as focusing on other areas than the safety of the pool guests. The pool itself is clean but the experience is heavily weighed on by the staff which some, not so bad as others, who would rather take it upon themself to single someone out for “being too close”, as in being in their own corner, hugging, and holding each other minding our their own business, in no due harm or safety of others, which this is not listed in the rules, just because they felt they had to. Even if something as PDA, being hugging, holding, and some kisses here and there, which I’d like to say is your regular kiss and not full on making out, is “common sense” so is using profanity, but that’s posted in the rules but the other is not. Enforce the pool rules, not your own. If someone is not a threat, not hurting others, not affecting others, not breaking rules, then why do so. This isn’t the only occurrence. Skimming over the pool and looking, another couple was spotted being “too close” and not a single eye was batted over it. Hence being singled out because it was deemed an issue then, but not with anybody else. This is not entitlement. It may be a public space but it’s a double edged sword. If you won’t enforce your own rules let alone the pool rules for everyone, then you shouldn’t be in the position to uphold those rules.

Beautiful place, they have the 2 pools big and 1 small for the little ones also offer life jackets for the little ones. Great place to spend ur summer days, or even bday parties
