Excellent!! That's all I have to say about this place!!
Facility is aging a bit but but still provides a good swim. Life guards were great, loaned me a pair of goggles after my pair broke, much appreciated.
Visited Lahaina January 2021 during Covid-19 for some lap swimming. The process was relatively easy - one simply had to reserve a lane the day before by calling Maui Department of Parks and Recs - the pool was clean and appropriately balanced of chemicals, it had many lanes set up for short course lap swimming, the life guard and pool manager were pleasant, and the views from the pool were amazing.
Great pool. Well maintained. Friendly staff. Free!
The facility is really nice. Great for swimming laps or just relaxing in the shallow end. There is a kiddie pool with a water feature. There is plenty of parking and a nice view of the mountains. I would have given it 5 stars had it not been for the lifeguard incorrectly telling me I can't take pictures at a public pool. I explained I can take pictures in any public place but he still said no. Beyond that, I just didn't care for his poor attitude.
