While the water park itself is nice, the lifeguards were unnecessarily rude to my son and his friend on more than one occasion. I was also unable to obtain a refund on the 10 punch pass that we had purchased one hour earlier that we no longer wanted after this experience. I would not recommend this pool. There are several other better options in the area.

Told our kids they can’t use water guns even though there is no rule against it. Lifeguards dancing instead of watching the kids pool. They were saying they seen lightening when we didn’t. Then they rush us to get our clothes on making us leave our pool toys behind. Didn’t offer a rain check. Doubt I will be back

It I could leave no stars I would. I drove 45 min to this pool to enjoy a pool day with my sister and nephews and was utterly disgusted with how I was treated and harassed the hour and 20 I was there. The lifeguards rules were inconsistent and so nit picky. I had the whistles blown at me 5 different times. I have a 1 year old and I was on his heels the whole time not one time was it a safety issue (imo) that was necessary for a whistle being blown at me or my child. I feel like I was singled out. There were other people that needed attention and myself and my son was not one. After the 5th time of being embarrassed I asked what I was allowed to do and was told I could leave. Spoke to the mgr about my experience and didn’t feel much sympathy. I packed up my things and we left never to return again. Pool is nice tho.

Awesome family fun Waterpark. This location is very affordable, clean, and has a concession stand. The staff are friendly just a wonderful experience.
