What are people saying (AI review summary)? The Cameron Aquatic Center is generally praised for being an enjoyable family destination with reasonable admission fees ($10 for adults, $6 for kids/seniors) and concession prices, accepting both cash and debit. The facility also offers well-maintained amenities like showers and diaper changing stations, with lifeguards on duty. However, there are significant criticisms, including issues with the kids' pool being green due to chemical imbalances, with staff lacking transparency and concern for swimmers. Staff are also described as young, inexperienced, and unable to control rowdy teenagers. Furthermore, purchasing season passes online is complicated by additional charges for credit/debit transactions, and adults express a desire for dedicated swim times or areas for exercise, as the main pool is often too crowded with children for lap swimming.

My kiddos and I had a great time! Adults- $10; Kids (K-12) $6; Seniors are $6 as well. They accept cash or debit!for admission and at the concession. Reasonable prices for the concession items. The pool house has showers, multiple toilet stalls, and is diaper changing friendly! Lifeguards are on duty and do a rotation. It’s well worth the money to go in!
They sold us tickets but didn’t tell us the kids pool was green when I asked about it they said it was fine and it was just a small chemical imbalance. They let kids swim in it for about twenty minutes before kicking them out of it without any explanation or concern for the kids that they let swim in it! The staff looked very young, knew very little and couldn’t even control an obnoxious group of teens that were very rude and cussing these kids had the whistle blown at the numerous times.
They built a nice pool for a small town the big problem is you have a small municipality making hard for citizens to buy a season overprice pass go to city hall they tell you to get on line then when you do pay with a credit/debit they charge $10 then 3 smaller charges $.19 $.35 been here 8 years easier to move then to make sense out of this small town that they give the dog catcher more power than it's citizens
It would be nice if there was an area or time for adults to actually swim. Even though it hasn't been overcrowded there are so many kids playing that my husband and I can't actually swim, we didn't get passes to stand and bounce in one area, we were hoping to get some exercise using the pool.
I love the Cameron aquatic center it’s so fun
