What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews highlight significant issues across management, staff conduct, and facility maintenance. Management, specifically a person named 'Deb', is consistently described as rude, hot-headed, and misusing authority, allegedly kicking people out for personal grudges, yelling, and making children sit on hot concrete. Lifeguards were observed throwing footballs at visitors' cars. The facility itself is reported to be in disrepair, with unsafe and broken pool steps/rails, numerous broken chairs, and a general lack of maintenance, including a request for a new slide. A serious health and safety concern was raised about a dead animal left in the pool filter for months, undisclosed to swimmers, to avoid temporary closure and loss of business.

I’m sitting here at the park and the life guards have nothing to do but throw a football into peoples cars not once but repeatedly.

Needs a slide and a new manager. My friend got kicked out because he made a funny joke.

Management needs a change, deb kicks people out because of personal grudges, I saw multiple children sitting on the hot concrete on a day that it was 101°, even if they were abiding the rules. Deb yells at people just because she feels like it and is extremely rude, she obviously has an issue with authority and just a plain hot head, me and my children will never be coming back to this circus!

Had a dead animal in their filter for months and refused to do anything about it, nor tell swimmers about it. They wouldnt do anything about it because it means they would of had to drain the pool, and they didnt want to lose business for a week! I went swimming there, and I gave birth the very next day, 2 1/2 weeks early! (Didnt know about the dead animal yet)
