I was very insecure to the thought of joining a gym until my health became a concern. I did a tour at Genesis Health Club in Leavenworth, Kansas and was happy with the amount of workout equipment and fitness classes they had to offer. Trainer Michael Austin, helped motivate me and taught me exercises that met my goals. He is always punctual and greets everyone with a welcoming smile. I particularly appreciated him explaining each exercise to avoid injury and get the results I'm looking for. I already see visual progress in strength and self image. I would highly recommend Mike, especially for those who are looking to break away from insecurities and have a trainer who listens, is knowledgeable, and supportive of your goals.

The staff are super friendly and professional. I love that they have everything at this gym; lockers with combination locks, showers with soap, shampoo & conditioner, lotion, hair dryers, deodorant, and hair spray. Towels are also provided. They have a pool and sauna and everything is kept clean. They even have child care. My trainer is Tristan and she has done an amazing job getting me back into shape. I am retired military and my husband is active duty. We are impressed with all that this gym has to offer. I have only been here for less than 9 months so I haven't been able to try everything such as all their classes, but I am looking forward to continuing my membership with this club. My favorite thing to do after a workout is to get a fresh protein shake from this gym’s shake bar. They even gave me a free shake for my birthday 🥰

Absolutely impressed with this gym. Initially they give you a tour of everything and show you around. You get a few coaching sessions included with your membership. On top of the very well kept environment, the workers were all very nice and welcoming. Which was the selling point for me because I was very nervous to get in public gym. 10/10 recommend.

I signed up for a 3 day trial as I just moved to Leavenworth from a couple towns over. Got a call shortly after I signed up. They wanted to know why my phone number was attached to another account (who knows I’ve had this phone number for a year now). The guy me a bunch of questions about why I moved, what I was looking for, and such but when I asked what I could do for him cause I have a meeting in 10 minutes he got really snippy and rude. I just wanted to check the place out but this was a pretty good indication of why I am going with Anytime down the road. I get people being busy can be annoying when you’re trying to sell memberships but the #1 one way to lose a customer is be rude to them.

Great environment and staff, I always have a good time when signing up for one of their many classes, and top tier protein shakes as well, 10/10 recommend the Leavenworth Genesis health club!
