Lively health club featuring a pool, a hot tub, a steam room, a sauna and a gym.
The facility includes an indoor pool and a whirlpool. While specific temperature details for the main indoor pool are not explicitly published, health club pools are generally maintained at a comfortable level, often in the range of 80-84°F (27-29°C) for lap swimming and general use. The whirlpool, as expected, would be kept at a much warmer temperature, typically between 100-104°F (38-40°C).

I really enjoy coming to this gym. The equipment is always in great condition, the atmosphere is motivating, and the staff are welcoming. Allison, in particular, is fantastic — she’s supportive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help out or offer encouragement. Thanks to her and the overall vibe, this gym has become one of my favorite places to train.
I am extremely upset and disappointed with the lack of respect and professionalism at this gym. On multiple occasions, the male cleaning crew and even a male front desk employee have entered the women’s locker room without any announcement or warning. This is completely unacceptable. At most gyms, the policy is very clear: employees must announce their entry into a locker room and, for cleaning or maintenance, be accompanied by a staff member of the same sex. This basic standard protects members’ privacy and creates a safe environment. Unfortunately, that policy is not being followed here. Women using the locker room deserve to feel safe, respected, and assured of their privacy. Having male staff walk in unannounced is not only unprofessional but deeply uncomfortable and inappropriate. Management needs to address this immediately by enforcing proper locker room entry procedures and training staff to follow them. Until this is corrected, I cannot recommend this gym to anyone who values their privacy and safety.
Don’t need to be questioned and belittled when cancelling a gym membership. I had to cancel because I had a newborn this year and barely have time to even leave the house and have decided to workout at home for a few years. Funny thing is, I was just going to only cancel for a few years and then try and come back, but after basically getting a “lesson” from the manager on why I shouldn’t cancel I will happily never come back. Was basically interrogated. I don’t need to give you a whole explanation on why I’m cancelling. Oh and you will have to be in person to cancel and there will be a 30 day notice. Once you come in I was asked if “I really think it’s a good idea to stop exercising?” I said I’m also trying to save money for a couple years, then was asked How much will your home gym be? “Sounds expensive, in this economy rates will only go up so you should stick with your plan”. Felt lectured on my personal life and finances. Last I checked this is America don’t need to be lectured on a membership decision. I get the whole try and keep a customer but maybe train your team not to sound condescending.
$20 day pass. 24 hours 5 days a week. Everything is nicely spread yet compact. I can’t think of another feature i’d really like added to the gym. Got a good workout in at 3am. Very nice locker rooms. Sauna on top makes it a 5 star gym.
The equipment and staff are amazing but the actual gym itself needs improvement. The parking lot is barely cleaned and I got stuck entering and leaving the gym. The bathrooms are hit and miss with being clean.
