Pros: Obviously the water park is great. Many options for all ages. The room was great with plenty of room for all 6 of us. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The soda sippers were perhaps the best value on our stay with unlimited refills over 5 days. More than got our money's worth. Laser tag was fun but a bit small of an area. Mini golf is a challenging and fun course that we all liked very well. Cons: The hotel is a little dated and some wear in places. Prices, particularly food prices are pretty high. Pizza was decent but 75 dollars for 3 large pizza's that I would put just above Little Caesars is pretty rough. If the size and quality matched the prices it wouldn't be an issue but it doesn't l. This was reflected in other meals as well. We would stay here again but improvements could make this a much better place and value.

It was great. I went on all of the water slides, the yellow one was my favorite. The rooms were nice but just like every hotel, the beds weren’t as nice as my bed. I only stayed for two days so I didn’t really have much service but I would imagine them being pretty good. And I loved Kansas City Kansas. I’m actually writing a book where someone moved from Kansas City Kansas. So it was great👍🏼

Every staff member we encountered was fantastic—always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. From holding doors to offering a smile or kind greeting, their hospitality really stood out. I had read reviews mentioning poor service, but that was not our experience at all. I traveled with a group of teens, and they all had a great time. The property itself is definitely in need of remodeling, but the good news is that management has clearly listened to feedback and renovations are already underway. The downside is that construction noise can be quite loud during the day. If your plan is to relax in your room, especially with teens, this could be disruptive. I do wish this had been mentioned on the hotel’s website. I had asked the concierge for a quiet room before my arrival and they put me right under the construction without mentioning it was going on. The elevator on the far end is also out of service. Overall, the staff made our stay enjoyable, but be aware of the renovation work if peace and quiet are a priority for you. And the rooms are really rundown. I would wait until its over to visit again.

Great place to visit! We had a fantastic time and the kids loved the water festivities and running through the hotel waving their wands to complete the adventure! The amenities are vast! The restaurants are great, expensive, but tasty! It's obvious they don't want you to leave the facility to eat elsewhere or shop nearby! They put everything under the roof to accommodate to all! The pools inside and out were in great condition and clean! The food was good in the pool areas, when they were open! The outdoor eatery was closed often! Plenty of parking around the hotel in the front and sides! We felt safe walking in and out of the facility! So many activities for the kids and families to spend their time! The rooms were comfortable and plenty of room for all of us!

We booked a room for 2 nights on Labor day and this was our 3rd time going. My kids and I had an amazing time! The staff are always so polite and very helpful. I got a good pice for the room. We will definitely be coming back in the future.
