Jennifer has been maintaining our pool for over a year. We have had exceptional service. We unfortunately have several oak trees near the pool and they are pollinating around this time of the year. However, Jennifer still manages to keep the pool in great condition.

At the beginning, we felt like Jennifer would be really helpful and that her knowledge would get us the results that we desired with our pool resurfacing and tile replacement job. She met us at the showroom and guided us to which tile would work best for our pool. We trusted her expertise. It did take a while to get the finish in our pool to our expectations. The main problem that we had once we got in the pool later when the weather warmed up was that we noticed that the negative edge on the pool was jagged, lumpy and cut to small slivers in some areas. After a length of time finally getting back to us, Jennifer told us that it was the tile that was selected that was the problem. Keep in mind she provided guidance in our selection. Additionally we have continued to attempt to communicate and follow up. However, she will not call back even when she said she will call back. Once that she finally did, it was in a text and told us it was OUR choice of tile that was the problem. We chose HER to guide us to choose the tile that would work best for our pool. We went with the tile based on her recommendation. The main problem is that we are not even given the chance to have a conversation. One of the other warnings, would give to anybody choosing to use this company, is DO NOT pay the balance until you are 100% satisfied that the job is done. She asked for the balance before the job was 100% complete.

Jennifer was really great in the beginning but unfortunately failed in the end. Our pool was finished months later than expected but it was finished nicely. However, our concrete slide is still not finished after almost 2 years! And we used their pool cleaning service because she said they knew how to use our salt water pump system, which they did not! It cost us $1800.00 for a new salt cell & filter clean out because they did NOT maintain it! I am still waiting for her to pay us back for our slide that we already paid for! Ugh! So sad when you trust someone to do the right thing & they fail to do so!

I have used Sunsational Pool to resolve several mechanical issues with my in-ground pool, including pump replacement, heater installation, and filter repair. Stephen and Will have always been highly responsive and highly capable. In addition to performing the requested work, they have provided us with valuable advice on how to keep our pool running great and algae-free (a big problem last summer). Recommend highly

We went through a few pool companies before we found Sunsational Pool Care. We couldn't be happier. Fair pricing for the best service we've ever had. Not only does our pool look great each week, they do repairs on broken equipment and will meet our schedule.
