Our family has gone several times and every time we have been greeted with smiles and enthusiasm! The rooms are gorgeous we have also rented the townhouses for a family get together. I have a booking for tomorrow and savanna was so sweet when I called to see how they can accommodate our arrival time. The restaurant next door is fun and inviting the food is great. This place is a DIAMOND in a hay stack!

Excellent resort! The location is perfect for a relaxing vacation. The staff is wonderful, friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Our room was immaculate, so clean, thanks to Maria from housekeeping. Relaxed by the pool with a beautiful view. I would recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

Ok, when they tell you that this place is at the beach, it is less than 20ft from the ocean. The pool in fact may be in the ocean. The rooms are beautiful and the attached restaurant (Havana Jacks) breaks all the rules about hotel restaurants. There was a live band when my family and I were there. The staff is super helpful and nice. Savanna was wonderful and gave us a list of locations to visit! This is the BEST resort in the keys.

I stayed here a week in a room with two queen beds at the end of May, beginning of June. If you don't care about the room so much, it's a great place to stay. I enjoyed the waterfront resort with two pools and a hot tub, and the restaurant & bar right next door. The service was great, and the staff was always willing to provide fresh towels and help in any way they could. The only complaints that I have is the water pressure in the shower was really lacking and it would have been nice to have a double sink since the room has two beds, to accommodate 3 or 4 guests. There could be more ways to hang towels and suits to dry since there is no patio attached to the room to allow to air dry. All in all, I enjoyed my stay. The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. The beach was the best perk with cushioned lounge chairs and umbrellas if needed. It was peaceful and clean, soft white sands and lots of bird watching. Havana Jacks restaurant & bar next door definitely added to the experience and was a convenient place to socialize with great food and drinks.

First, just stepping into the lobby for check in, Savanna greeted us with an excited smile and eagerness to help answers question for us being first time visitors. IMO, people like Savanna can make the stay so much better as it has already for us. You have a friend at the front the front desk with savanna and can help you with all your questions. The rest of the experience follows suit with the view, the pool & hottub and having a place to eat and drink right next door and yet you can have a peaceful night sleep for the next days adventure. Strongly recommend staying here for exceptional value!!!
