I bought my Flair hot tub from Todd for my beach house. Because of supply chain issues we had to wait 9 months. Great Atlantic organized the delivery and set up. The crew was great. Diana in operations was great helping us resolve a breaker issue. I would highly recommend Great Atlantic. I love my new hot tub and now Great Atlantic is in Williamsburg and I am thinking about getting one for my Williamsburg home.

Great Atlantic has the worst customer service. They said our hot tub would take 5 months. 4 months later they said 4 more months. Then they said 1 yr. We decided to take a floor model in place of our new one with a promise of a new cover. We received our hot tub in april and thought they ordered a new cover. In September we called and emailed multiple with no return response. A year later we contacted the Hot Springs company and CA. Finally Great Atlantic contacted us and said the cover was not ordered when we were told but they did have them in stock. Finally we got our cover. The hot tub we bought has many issues and this company is very hard to deal with. Hot springs spas are nice but don't buy one from Great Atlantic.

I bought my Limelight Flair hot tub from Todd at Great Atlantic Hot Tubs 2 years ago and have had nothing but a wonderful experience then and now. I have Parkinson's Disease and with the tightening of my muscles and slowness of movement caused by PD, I am in heaven on earth when I am in the hot tub. The relaxation I get from using it is the best part of my day. I usually get in the tub 2 to 3 times a day. I have had no maintenance problems or cleaning problems since I got the tub. I would highly recommend Todd and Great Atlantic to anyone and everyone.

Purchased a Jetsetter Hot Tub with a ACE system from Todd last Oct 2016. Todd was great at explaining the system to me plus we got a great price. Since initial start up, I have not added any more chemicals or salt, that's eleven months ago! Maintenance wise, I just clean the filters monthly and reset the Ace system. Prior to this I owned a bromide hot tub for 12 years, only wish I would had this tub available then! I use the tub everyday for my bad back because the MOTO-MASSAGE DX and this great feature. I Highly recommend this hot tub and Great Atlantic Hot Tubs Pools & Saunas!!!

We purchased our spa from Todd over a year ago. We both have chronic pain in our lower backs and knees. Use of the spa has made a tremendous difference in our day-to-day lives. It certainly helps us sleep as well! This is our third Hot Springs Spa so you can tell we're sold on this product. We appreciate Todd's professionalism and product knowledge.
