Jay’s is the absolute best. We had a blast and Jay was so very helpful for the party. Customer service is an A+. Jay went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. The party venue was spotless and the grounds were immaculate. We will be back for sure!!! Thanks Jay.

On July 21, 2024, we rented Jay's place for an adult birthday celebration. The place was far beyond everyone's expectations. Jay provided everything one could think of. This man put great attention to detail and effort into this venue. I have been to many venues worldwide, and this was the best. Most of the guests were from out of town and were also in Aww. Despite good weather, Jay had a robust inclement weather plan. I can't complete this review without mentioning UnCannie Catering and Decor. UnCannie did a phenomenal job decorating and catering, exceeding expectations. No matter the event, Jay's place is the way to go. We will return! Troy

Is a small island with lot of stuff to keep u interested from pools to basketball court to fire pits to screened in spot, to have all the food with out bugs But don't bring to many guess 25 a head extra lol after 30 .... But these 2 little girls loved it

Great venue to bring friends and family together. Great customer service by the owner. Very kind and friendly owner. Provided location to sit and eat with music. Clean restroom. Provided activities to entertain guests such as board games, pool table, ping pong table, card games, and a basketball court.
