What are people saying (AI review summary)? Churchill swimming pool is generally highly rated for its cleanliness, crystal clear water, and very reasonable prices (often $5 per person), making it an affordable family outing. Reviewers frequently praise the friendly and helpful staff, the presence of two separate pools for different age groups, and available food/snack sales. Lifeguards are noted to be attentive. However, several downsides are consistently mentioned: a lack of shaded seating, the pool exclusively accepting cash payments (with requests for a card reader), a specific 1-foot kiddie pool being out of order for an extended period, and a desire for longer operating hours beyond just summer break. There are also complaints about the management's consistent choice of country music and refusal to change the station.

Employees are friendly, prices are reasonable, water is crystal clear. Has 2 different pools for younger and older swimmers. Only down side is very limited shaded seating. Very clean tidy. Nice place to spend the day with the family without breaking the bank.
Very clean and lots of fun staff is sooo nice. Also sale food and snacks and drinks. Price is great at 5 dollars a person.
Rained out early, but the pool was clean. Lifeguards on task. Family oriented. Safety reminder to parents: you are your child's 1st lifeguard. Lifeguards are on duty, but you are responsible for watching your children- they are not your babysitter and neither are the other people in the pool.
Churchill swimming pool is great! The only complaint I have is they only take cash I wish they had a card reader. Also, the kiddie pool that is 1 ft has been messed up for a couple of years now They don't even fill it. I do wish that they stayed open longer, they are only open during the summer break. I understand it's mostly high schoolers that work, but we don't understand why it can't be opened after school and on the weekends when it is still warmer weather
I’ve been going to this pool since I was in middle school and I have a lot of great memories of this place. The only complaint I have is that whoever manages the place now insists upon playing country music all day long and most of us don’t want to listen to that garbage. At least play 98.5 or something which is a mix of soft rock, 80’s and current pop hits. I’ve even asked them to turn the station and they refuse.
