What are people saying (AI review summary)? This hotel offers a family-friendly experience, particularly noted for its pool area, which is described more as a 'fancy hotel swimming pool' than a full water park. It features two pools with varying shallow depths (from 3 inches up to 4 feet), making it ideal for young children, toddlers, and individuals with special needs. A water slide is available, typically on weekends when a lifeguard is present. Guests appreciate the provided lifejackets and basketballs. While some reviews mention occasional cleanliness issues in the pool area, the overall sentiment is positive, with kids loving the entertainment and parents enjoying the less crowded environment compared to larger water parks. Hotel rooms are clean and updated, staff are friendly, and a decent breakfast with hot food is served. It's considered a good budget-friendly option for a family getaway.

We stayed here over a Saturday night and had a nice time. The pool area was perfect for our 4 year old and kept him entertained for hours. They have lots of nice restaurants in the area. The hotel room was clean and updated and they had a decent breakfast in the morning. The pool area had 2 pools and a water slide. The smaller pool ranged in depth from 9” to 2’. It was big enough that our 4 year old had fun playing but small enough that we didn’t have to eagle eye him the whole time. Many hotel pools start deep enough that he can’t touch anywhere so this was a nice change. A nice budget option for a winter time weekend getaway.
We visited on a Wednesday in July. The waterpark entertained my 1.5 year old for 3 hours. While we were there, another girl probably 6 or 7 years old was playing for over 4 hours. No food is allowed inside, however it looked like other people had brought in snacks because there were gold fish crackers on the ground. This place is a great hotel swimming pool. I have a hard time calling it a water park. It is a fancy hotel swimming pool. The little kid pool ranges from 3 inches to 15 inches of water. The big kid pool ranges from 3 feet to 4 feet. The big water slide is only open when a lifeguard is present. Usually on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays they said. While we were there the stairs to the big water slide was locked. We appreciated that there were a few lifejackets available, and lots of basketballs. The ground was dirty in spots. And the hot tub had black stuff growing around part of the outside. We will be back, however do not expect a water park that is cleaned daily. It is an old hotel fancy pool, but the kids love it.
We have a special needs adult/child. Easy shallow pool for one with special needs. We had a blast. Fun place without the crowds of a big water park.
I loved it when I visited from Florida best experience of my life !!! I can't wait to take my kids
We stayed in the hotel. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The pool was clean and the lifeguard was friendly. The pool was not deep so we didn't have to worry about the child with us drowning. The breakfast in the morning was good too with hot food. This was a nice place to stay.
