The reviews for Concord Parks & Recreation are largely positive, highlighting a clean and fun environment, kind staff, and suitability for hot days with good shade coverage. It's particularly praised for families with young children, offering shallow areas and water features perfect for little swimmers. Residents appreciate the free entry with an adult ID, and free parking is available. However, a significant point of frustration for non-residents is the pass system; while a $25 two-day pass is available, some users experienced a lack of clear information on needing to obtain it off-site, leading to denied entry and a negative experience.

As a non-resident you can purchase a $25 pass for 2 days at Concord Parks & Recreation. We went 2 days in a row and it was perfect. Restrooms to change and use, kind staff, clean, and not overly crowded which made it perfect for the hot days! Later in the day perfect with shade coverage and lots of fun! We will be back! Street parking available on Washington Street or in the parking lot off of White Street. No charge for parking.
Told us we needed to drive to Loudon road (other side of city) to get a pass to use the pad while our 1 year old cried because they wouldn’t let us in. No information anywhere on needing a pass prior to going. Looks fun but denying a 1 year old from playing and not letting us pay to get him in is scummy.
Nice park, nice water park. Especially for the kids!
It was my first time ever going there on Saturday it was really fun ..
Took our 2 1/2 year old here and this pool is great for the littlest swimmers!!! The shallow/wading end is the largest part of the pool and even the deep end past the rope is only 4 ft deep. There is a couple water spouting features for the kids as well. We had a blast!!! Best of all is that it's free!!! You just need to bring one adult ID, I believe proving someone in your group is from Concord.
