I love this place!!! First I did it to join crossfit but I love everything about it and being a mother of seven its hard to get my days in but the staff helped me out with other suggestions to my time. I go to the 5:30 am class and some in the afternoon and absolutely love it. I have energy now lol. They have and indoor pool and the most friendly people you would ever meet. The Manger Misty is awesome very kind spirit. I'm so glad I join and you should too.

Heated pool. Lots of work out equipment. The onmy problem i had was with the little guy working there was constantly on his phone. I understand it's a desk job, id be on my phone too! But when someone walks in... Smile, great them. Stay off your phone while the customer is talking to you. Lol. Young kid, just needs a pep talk. Other than that, great place. Its the gym I chose😊

Great gym. Created obviously by a fitness pro for all fitness levels. As a trucker its hard to find a good gym close by a truck stop so whenever Im on I 10 driving through, I will make sure to stop in Jennings to get a workout in here.
