This was easily one of the best vacations we have ever been on! Extremely clean all throughout. Super easy to book and super easy when we checked in. Once we got there we didn’t have to leave for anything at all until we checked out. Once we checked out of our room we were still able to enjoy the water park and everything else there for the rest of the day. All staff we encountered had smiles on their faces and were so extremely nice. We did 3 nights and purchased the ultimate food and fun pass, wolf wake up breakfast, and the birthday bash. They were all so so worth it! My 4 year old loved that there was chicken nuggets and Mac and cheese on the breakfast buffet along with normal breakfast foods. The lifeguards were very attentive in the water park. We can’t wait to go back already!

Our family had such a wonderful experience at Great Wolf Lodge, and a huge part of that was thanks to Ashley in Guest Services! From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with such warmth and professionalism. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and fun. Ashley was incredibly patient, attentive, and helpful with all of our questions. She took extra time to make sure we felt welcomed and even offered thoughtful suggestions to make the most of our trip. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about creating a great guest experience, but Ashley truly does. Because of her, our visit felt extra special and stress-free. Great Wolf Lodge is lucky to have her on their team! We can’t wait to come back, and we’ll be looking forward to seeing Ashley again.

This place is definitely an experience! Me and the family are really enjoying ourselves and we are only on day one have two more days to explore. They have lots of activities to keep the kids entertained and exert all their energy. They have bars for us parents whom like to enjoy our libations while the kiddies play :) The rooms are uniquely designed and clean. Customer service is great! They are all so helpful, polite and knowledgeable. They are bit pricey but for the service they provide it is well worth the price. If you looking to have some all inclusive family fun definitely would recommend. One last thing I love the fact that the lodge is cashless, scanning your wrist band for everything makes the vacation a lot more enjoyable.

We went for the first time with our 7 year old and 4 year old and we all had a great time. The life guards were very attentive, the staff was easy to locate and helpful, the resort was clean, and the whole experience went smoothly. I was very nervous after reading the poor reviews and I wish I never read them because there was nothing to worry about. It was helpful to know about bringing your own food to save money and buying the passes because it’s cheaper to buy a pass than do the activities on their own. We can’t wait to return again!

We’ve been to Great Wolf Lodge twice and enjoyed both visits! It’s the perfect getaway for families—my kids absolutely love the water park, and I’m especially grateful for the toddler section. It’s a great space for younger children to safely enjoy the fun. The food and adult beverages are delicious, which makes it enjoyable for parents too! It is definitely on the expensive side, so I recommend booking during one of their specials or seasonal deals if you can. One recommendation: it would be great if they added a small barrier or border around the toddler area. My young son, who tends to elope, managed to run off—and I’m incredibly thankful for the kind mother who found him and brought him back safely. A little extra security would go a long way for families like mine. Overall, a fun and memorable experience. We’ll be back!
