What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews generally portray a positive living experience, with frequent praise for the outstanding service, commitment, and professionalism of the management and leasing office staff, who are noted for resolving concerns quickly and effectively. Residents appreciate the well-designed, clean units that offer modern fittings, ample storage, and a comfortable living space. The community is consistently described as safe, secured, peaceful, and quiet, with well-maintained amenities such as the gym, pool, and BBQ facilities, along with plentiful parking. A strong sense of community and friendly neighbors are also highlighted as significant positives. However, there are mixed sentiments regarding the maintenance team. While some residents report prompt and effective issue resolution, others, particularly those with longer tenures, have observed a decline in service quality over the last couple of years, citing slow response times, rude interactions, and messy work. Despite these inconsistencies, management has shown responsiveness to feedback, actively addressing concerns to improve the resident experience.

Outstanding service and commitment to tenants, which is matched by a great room design and convenience. My experience with the management team has been incredible from the start of my search for accommodation. Any concerns or questions were immediately resolved with an ease that shows industry experience and compassion for travellers making a temporary home. The complex is full but the design flows easily and is quiet. The 1 bedroom I have chosen is clean and has an easy flow design with lots of storage. My ground floor unit has a hard floor, marble counters and enough modern fittings and fixtures for me to ease in comfortably. There's also plenty of parking, and the common use facilities seem to be in great condition (gym, pool, BBQ) which I'm looking forward to using.
9th Ave is the safe and secured place to live. We send a mail and the maintenance person will be in our home at the earliest possible. They resolve the issues faster with no questions asked, except for sometimes due to the high demand and we completely understand it. Overall it is so good staying here. Thank you for serving us with all your heart and dedication!!
I’ve lived here for 2 years and about to move out because I’m moving to another city but this has been the best management of any of the other 3 apt complexes I’ve lived in. Maintenance is a little slow, but they always get it taken care of and done well. The unit was nice and everything works well. Love the walking path outside too! The gym is very small but good enough and always very clean. I don’t use the pool but it looks nice. I’ve never had a noise issue which has been great too! I feel safe here and I’ll be sad to leave!
I’ve been living here for over a year now and just renewed my lease because it truly feels like home. The environment is peaceful, the amenities are well-maintained, and the neighbors are friendly and respectful. What really stands out is the exceptional leasing office staff especially Vanessa who go above and beyond to make sure residents feel supported and valued. It’s a great place to live if you’re looking for comfort, community, and great service. Fully recommend.
I've lived here for about 4 years now and overall its been a fairly enjoyable experience. If you asked me to write this review 2 years ago I probably would of given it 5 stars. The maintenance team they had then was probably one of the best I've ever had at an apartment. They were very quick in responding to tickets and extremely friendly. Not that I care much about this stuff but they would literally wave as you drove past them. Really small thing that added to the community feel. I'm not sure if this team was fired, or if they left. Maybe they weren't being paid enough I don't know. First, I never write reviews. I don't want to be a male Karen and I'm generally an extremely laid back person that calls most people dude and bro. But, I've had nothing but problems with the current team. They have quite literally cut me off when driving through the parking lot. Once or twice and I wouldn't even be writing this review but its been a fairly consistent thing that has happened in the 2nd 2 years I was here. They are generally more rude. Fortunately I haven't needed much maintenance in the last 2 years and the majority of the big maintenance my apartment needed was handled by the first team and they handled it very well and generally went above and beyond to help me out. Now, if I put in a ticket for a lightbulb that went out I might see them in a month and a big mess would probably be made in the process. Calling the office generally helps and the leasing agents there are very kind and professional and I really appreciate them. This current maintenance team needs some big improvements though. If the first team was a 9 this team a 1. I changed my review from a 3 star to a 4 star because management called after I posted this review and promised to make things better and explained some of the current issues
