Casino pool with swim-up bar and lazy river, plus waterslides.
The main pool and lazy river at the Dreampool are heated year-round to ensure a comfortable swimming experience for guests. Specific temperature degrees are not publicly listed, but the water is consistently maintained at pleasant temperatures.
What are people saying (AI review summary)? The pool area is largely praised as a clean, family-friendly destination with amenities like two slides, a lazy river, a snack bar, a swim-up bar, free towels, and restrooms. Staff are generally described as friendly and professional, and many visitors, particularly families with children, report having a wonderful time. Positive remarks include the availability of seating and the area often not being overly packed. However, several significant concerns were raised, mainly regarding inconsistent and restrictive pool pass policies, which often require a hotel room and vary in the number of passes issued, with difficulties in purchasing additional ones. There are also mentions of the pool area sometimes being overcrowded and its relatively small size (though the lazy river is noted as being a good size). The swim-up bar is identified as the only designated smoking area. Furthermore, specific food items from the snack bar were found to be overpriced and of poor quality, and there were complaints about inconsistent application of rules by staff.

We came here Monday for the first time. I brought my kids with me. We only came for the swimming and sun fun. (We didn't go inside the casino or anything.) The staff was all friendly and professional. The swimming area was all clean. Plenty of seating, a snack bar, swim up bar, free towels to use and restrooms. There's two slides and a lazy river to float. The kids had a blast and two of us are so super sun burned but it was a nice day and we definitely enjoyed our time! Also, it wasn't over packed which was great!
We had a blast, love the swim up bar
Good family casino pool. Can't buy a day pool pass unless you have a room then you can buy 2 extra on top of the 4 that comes with the room. 2 if its a king bed room. The passes or $25. Edit Don't think you can buy extra pool passes any more. Also don't get cheese stick at the snack hut. They were very over cooked and over priced
Had a wonderful time here with the kids.
Nice family pool, but over crowded. The pool area is small, but the lazy River is a good size. The swim up bar is the only place you can smoke at the pool. They have inconsistent policies. For example, the slide attendant wouldn’t allow me to go down the slide with my son (70 lbs) but allowed me to go down with a friend (150 lbs) and the reason given was my son was too big to ride with someone. Also, the first time I came and got a room, I was in a King with my 2 kids. I was given 3 pool passes. The second time I came, there were no double rooms, so I booked a king for 2 kids and 2 adults. I was told at the pool, I only had two passes. I don’t mind following rules, but be consistent and if you are bending a rule - let the customer know so they don’t expect that every time.
