Pool and Lazy River

The head waitress at the adult only pool side is very rude. We were on the family side until the adult only pool bar opened. People sitting around us on the family side went to the bar to get drinks when it opened. She waited on the first man, then the 2 girls. When it was our turn she told us no because we were sitting on the family side and to wait for the waiter. I told her why serve them, which both were sitting on family side, and not us. She lied and said they are sitting on the adult only side. So we waited for 2 hours and no waitress came to our area, which was right around the bar. My husband went back up to the bar. Luckily Dalson said we would wait on us but had to ask. I have never had this much trouble getting a drink. You would think service would be great with everything going on. Very disappointed

9/10/2025-9/14/2025: This was my first time to use the pool area at L'Auberge. All the other times I visited, it was earlier a winter season or just a fast trip with no extra time for pool lounging. They really did a nice job with the space. They have an adult pool, a lazy river, a bar, and even cabanas. The lazy river takes about 10-15 minutes to float free style around. They have speakers nestled in the middle section of the bush area so you can hear tunes. They actually play a nice mix of favorites for all. Towels are provided in the pool area. You can take two if needed. I highly recommend staying here just so you can use the pool.
