What a great hardworking honest company! Charles did an amazing job on our large pool deck area with cool deck, did wall and tile repair, and even replaced a pool light. He worked evenings around jobs, and we were so happy with the results. I would recommend him for his experience, and commitment to doing the job right. Thanks Charles monica

This guy and his wife are are a great team. They are more about making their customs happy and getting them taken care of. And I have found that people take advantage of another and I was Extremely pleased to finally come across a business man that didn't do that. So When all setting done I felt that i in fact took advantage of havasu pools and repairs Because he is a very kind nice gentleman who is good at what he does and it's very reasonable in price I never would have thought he was able to got my job done with the bid that he gave me and I am imphe well exceeded my expectations

I was refer to Pools and repair by CHOICE insurance. He didn’t diagnose the pump issue correctly so the insurance denied the claim but to have the insurance warranty I had to use his services. This guy is hard to reach, doesn’t answer his phone and does not return calls. He didn’t repair my pump on the contrary he destroyed my pump and the insurance claim that they are not responsible to have such incompetent person working for them. He is the worse pool repairs I have encountered. Do not use his services, he wants to get pay before doing the job and after you pay he will not call or be responsible for what he does.

HARD WORKING, EASY TO COMMUNICATE, FINISHES THE JOB. I DONT BELIEVE HE'S DOING POOLS ANYMORE.
