Awful experience here recently. Have stayed here in the past but this year while visiting the experience was terrible. We went to the river for the day and came back to our room for a shower and to go out to dinner. While my husband was in the shower a RANDOM PERSON came into our room and saw him fully exposed. I came back to the room just a few minutes after this occurred and my room key didn’t work. They had given our room out to strangers while we still had 2 nights more on our reservation. They claimed I added them as guests to our room which I never did. These random people could have stolen all our belongings if we weren’t in the room at the time. This situation could have turned out horrible if I was the one in the shower 10 minutes earlier and fully exposed to a random man…. We feel beyond violated and unsafe staying here. On top of that our safe didn’t work and there wasn’t a way to secure items in our room and the staff made no attempt to comp our stay or make things right.

Adult only pool, with DJ, wasn’t even staying here this trip, only $5 to get on, amazing setting and view, only downside was the hotel creates shade early so no tanning but the shade is welcomed!

The biggest cons: POOL areas. The kids/family area was so BORING we left. The adult pool was also boring, but it had a beautiful top view that would've been nice for kids to see.
