Denise in the office is super amazing and attentive! She gets things done so quickly and the property itself is truly immaculate. Antonio is also courteous and gets repairs fixed in a jiffy.

I don’t usually get involved on social media but I see some reviews posted that are polar opposite of my experience at Carillon Place. I found the property manager (Debbie) to be professional and the extreme opposite of a racist. She and her office staff treat everyone equally with respect and courtesy. Maintenance (Antonio) is prompt, polite and professional as well. Carillon Place is a great place to call home.

That landlord is the most racist person you’ll ever meet. She hates everyone that’s not white. Debbie is the worst person you’ll ever meet. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL TO LIVE HERE! Don’t know how she’s still a manager. She also put a huge sticker on my car saying I couldn’t park WHEN I CLEARLY HAD A PARKING PASS ON MY WINDOW. RACIST WHITE LADY!

This place does not even deserve one star!!! The environment and atmosphere of these apartments are NOT kid friendly. I had a drug dealer and user living under my apartment, I informed the "new" manager about the problem and she did not care at all and stated that it "wasn't the landlords problem" when in actuality that's exactly who's problem it was. There is a burnt down apartment building behind ours and a burnt car in the parking lot. Oh, and not to mention there's an entire constitution site right behind our apartment with loud trucks and bright lights on ALL night! Management is rude and unfriendly and the maintenance men are basically rent-a-dummy's. I am sooooo glad to be out of this place and WOULD NOT WANT MY WORST ENEMY TO LIVE HERE.

I’ve been here for 5 years and I think it is great. Manager is great and so is the maintenance staff. Hurts to see bad reviews that seem like lies.
