So I booked with them through booking.com paid $81.43 through the app when I got to the property in person I had paid an additional $50 more for the deposit the guy let me tap to pay and said it would be refunded now I’ve waited the 7-14 business days and still haven’t got refunded and trying to contact the property nobody is answering so I’m assuming they scam people the room was nice I can say but I will not be booking with them again

This place is condemned by the State of Florida. Expedia took our money, but when we got here, no one was even here. Now we're fighting with Expedia, trying to get our money back. It needs to be taken off Google maps.

This place is as RUN DOWN as it gets. The Rooms are DISGUSTING. There is no weatherstripping on any doors so bugs just come as they please. There is a BUSTED OUT SCREEN (NOT a WINDOW) above the door that lets all the Cold A/C OUT. Burn Marks on the ceiling. Microwave as rusted out. Mold/Mildew on all the tables. The Owner is INCREDIBLY RUDE, and WILL NOT assist you. When I complained he stated "We have been here 20 years, the rooms are good enough for our other guests so we will not do anything for you" Seriously this place is HORRIBLE. The Owner is part realtor/Uhaul Renter/Run-down Motel Owner. There is no "lobby" as part of the MOTEL is the owners house. He acts very paranoid and unwelcoming, and his wife was EXTREMELY RUDE once she found out I had issues with the room.

My husband booked a room for two of his workers from out of town. When the guys arrived the room was disgusting. So the guy changed their room and the next night the electric for tv, fridge and microwave stopped working. They didn’t even look at it until the following night. Do not recommend staying there. Should be closed down.
