They offer affordable swimming lessons through the red Cross 4 times out of the year for a two week period. Totally worth it if you're looking into swimming lessons for kids, or even just to refresh some skills.

I’m all about coming to this pool and don’t come for me, i know florida weather is unpredictable, but their open swim times during the summer suck. florida summer storms start at like 1pm every single day and that’s when their hours start. it’s just unfortunate as someone who doesn’t have a pool at home and i want to enjoy my day off relaxing by the pool that I can’t.

Huge Olympic pool goes from 4.6 ft to 14 ft. There is aqua Zumba on Mondays and Fridays at 9:00 a.m. it cost $10 .At 10:00 a.m. there is lap swimming only. The water is a constant 82°. To use the pool, it is $2 for Winter Haven residence and $3 for out-of-town.

Through the Kiwanis Club, they offer swimming lessons here twice a year. The instructors are so great with the kids. They make it a point to focus on each kid that is enrolled and ensure they master the techniques being taught.
