Pretty clean, didn't like that there were no non slip mats in front of the doors in the locker rooms so my 5yr old slid on the floor when we walked in from the pool.... But it is a public swimming area so it is what it is.... I didn't like that there weren't many shaded seating options. The pool was nice and big... And not alot of people which I enjoyed so i could keep a good eye on my kids. The staff was very nice as well. I will return just wish they had shaded seating options!

Lived in Bartow for three years now and bought a home very near this pool hoping to use it often for lap swimming- only to find out it is never open. I was told it’s only open when the kids are out of school so they can have students be lifeguards. For goodness sake this is Florida! It’s a beautiful pool and should be open for use. I was also told it us in need of repair but the head of parks and rec doesn’t want to spend the money to refurbish! So sad!

The pool is very spacious but the locker rooms have spider webs in there along with spiders and it's not clean its like they only clean the pool and abandon the locker room area💀

Online it says that their pool is open from 11 o’clock to 7 o’clock and it hasn’t been opened in years apparently they really need to update the status online if they’re not gonna have the pool open
