Thanks to all the instructors at HCC Bel Air location, they are very patient and take the effort to teach technique well to ensure I feel confident and learn this life skill the right way ❤️ I have been learning with British swim school since August 2024, from someone who started out filled with fear to put head under water, I can now float on my back and do backstroke and freestyle (still working on breath control) in the shallow end (up to 5 ft). you all are amazing 😊

Instructors were so patient and genuinely kind. In the tadpole class, Felicia was thorough in the WHY we were doing certain activities with the little ones. During my son's 1st night as a starfish, he was never rushed or made to feel like his fears were not understood. Megan was great with him. HCC facilities are clean and spacious.

My son has been learning so much! He looks forward to coming to the swim lessons. I am so happy that I signed him up 6months ago! And I can’t wait to watch him learn more!

My children attended for the past 4 months and just unenrolled. New instructors each week. No signs of progress (my children are no closer to swimming than when they started) and unhelpful management. Kids spend more time out of pool during the 30 minute lesson. Would NOT recommend unless you want to waste your time and money.

My daughter has attended British Swim School at HCC since June 2022 and she loves it! Her progress and confidence in the water is amazing. She started out afraid to get in the pool and can now jump in, float, and swim using different strokes. The instructors are patient, motivating, and wonderful. They make the class fun and allow the kids to feel comfortable and safe at their own pace. Kathryn, the owner, is incredibly helpful, kind and encouraging. We love the program and I am so thankful for everyone who has helped my girl along the way! 🩷
