We picked our dog, Mia, up today 08/30/25 after a week of "boarding". We signed up for texts and photos to be sent to us during this week, and all updates claimed she was eating all of her food and was in good spirits. However, Mia was returned to us very noticeably thinner, and she had these injuries (see picture). They clearly were dishonest about the experience our dog was having there. And they failed to mention the injuries she received while staying there. Will NOT trust them with Mia again. I suggest you don't trust them with your dog either.

New to this place and so far 10/10. All of the staff are friendly and engaged, we have a greyhound who can get overstimulated, but they pay attention to how each dog is handling its environment and proceed accordingly. So happy to have found Canine Country Club!

Great place to take your pet when they can’t go with you. Our dog LOVES it here. The staff are fantastic. Highly recommend!

Had our fluffy French bulldog stay for a week. The staff without our consent shaved his backside clipping his tail with a pair of scissors. Causing it to bleed and never told us anything happened. Waiting on refund and our vets analysis. Very upset will never go back

Worst place ever, after all these years I can't believe this place still hasn't been shutdown. Yep leaving a review after years, because pretty sure owner removed the one I left after they had kennel cough so bad my dogs almost died. My vet was so mad he wanted to call them. Owner was such a jerk on phone that he told us to never come back(like I was gonna! Lol) after finally paying for vet bills. Of course he didn't agree to that with my wife, I had to call! If you love your dogs never take them here!! I saw a review at another dog boarding place just recently that trashed this place too for the same thing so its obviously still the same. Reminded me to come back and leave another review. Don't bother responding with anything, I don't care, just trying to save someone else's dogs from that. Oh just came back to add this. Not going to give any names, but someone I work with has a close friend that worked there and that friend told her to never take your animals there.
