I have a membership in this place and I canceled it because the supervisors in the pool treat people very badly, even with children. It was a bad experience, even my daughter didn’t want to go there because there is a supervisor in the pool who treats people and children in a bad way. If a child makes a mistake by running or jumping, you should tell him respectfully and not by shouting at him. My daughter started to hate going there and seeing this man with bad manners. The management should fire this bad person. It is one of the worst experiences and you should pay attention to the cleanliness of the place and the employees should be friendly with the children and not shouting.

I love the pool here, and the private family showers. My only complaint is that the pool closes at 7 every night. It doesn't give much of a chance for people who have to work all day to be able to enjoy the pool. Forget weekends unless you want to be up at 7:00 in the morning swim

The staff here is the friendliest of the Lansing branches. The (women’s) locker area is clean. The showers are the hottest with the most pressure of the branches as well. I appreciate the big windows in the pool and spa area, as well as the wide side lanes for pool workouts. There is always upbeat music in the pool area too, which is a nice plus. Shout out to Rosa’s excellent Thursday night aerobics and my fellow classmates!

Extremely unprofessional. Was treated with disrespect and they would also not let me use a free pass even tho there is no expiration date on it. Do better ymca.
