What are people saying (AI review summary)? Garfield Pool is widely praised for its exceptional affordability, often noted as the cheapest pool in Topeka, making it an excellent option for families and those on a budget. Reviewers highlight its manageable size, which allows for easy supervision of multiple children, and a dedicated shallow area for toddlers. The pool is consistently described as clean, well-maintained, and having a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, with staff being generally nice. It offers the option to be rented for private parties, complete with lifeguards on duty. However, it is not a large pool and lacks 'frills.' Security for personal belongings is minimal (items are held rather than locked in lockers), and outside snacks are not permitted (though cheap food is available on-site). It can get crowded, especially on hot days and weekends, and there isn't much space for flotation devices. Despite these minor limitations, it is highly recommended for a simple, inexpensive way to cool off.

I love Garfield pool! I take my Grandkids every weekend and they love it there. Small enough to keep my eyes on all 5 and the price won't break the budget.

Can't beat the price. It is the cheapest pool in Topeka. It isn't very big and security is minimal. You give your items to someone to hold instead of locking things up. You can slide or dive if you want but it is a small community pool. There isn't much to it. It can get a little crowded when it gets really hot but it isn't bad. There are places to sun bathe if you wanna watch the kids swim. I would leave flotation devices at home. There isn't really room for that. There is a good size area for little kids to play without getting above their thighs. If you want frills, go to a different pool. If you just want to cool off cheaply, go here.

Great pool. Very relaxed. A little busy on the weekends, but during the week it's great. Can't bring in snacks but the food there is pretty cheap. For $2/person, it's hard to beat.

I visited this public pool once for a birthday party. I was impressed that you could rent it out and they had lifeguards on duty. I might consider hosting a party here in the future. The water was clean and the pool was very well maintained.

Went with my neighbors 3 kids plus 1 and my grandson. We all had a great time. It wasn't too crowded and everyone was nice. Prices were very reasonable.
