Absolutely phenomenal customer service from Candi! We were hesitant at first but she was extremely thorough and patient with all of our questions and concerns! The gym itself is very well organized and clean and offer a ton of opportunities for health and wellness! The free weights to the pool are all wonderful!

This place is great and staff is very helpful and friendly. I signed up online for a gym membership and when I met with Ms.Candy she made sure I understand all details answer every question with grace and made the experience a great choice. And not to mention the tour was also amazing.

Genesis has such a warm and welcoming vibe! The staff are incredibly friendly, the members are kind and respectful, and the gym itself is always clean and well-kept. I can’t think of something to complain about!
