What are people saying (AI review summary)? Reviews for this facility present a mixed bag of experiences. Positive feedback highlights its appeal for family-friendly activities, with some guests enjoying the weight room and laser tag. It's considered good value for kids' birthday parties, effectively keeping many children entertained with activities like laser tag, trampolines (when available), and an indoor pool, with the convenience of bringing outside food. Facilities, though not new, are often described as well-kept. However, there are significant negative points: the arcade is heavily criticized for broken games, unstocked prize machines, and even expired prizes. There are serious concerns about rude, unhelpful, and reportedly racist front desk staff. Another major disappointment is the removal of popular attractions like trampolines, which has led to a decline in enjoyment for some visitors and observations of grumpy staff.

If you're going just for the arcade, don't, save yourself the heartache. While I did try to enjoy myself because me and my husband were just looking to have a good time and play some arcade games, it was extremely difficult because every game we went to either has 1 to no prize in the machines or the game itself is broken in some way. Some are completely unplayable. It doesn't look like they stock these prize machines, and it definitely doesn't seem like the machines are something they are worried about fixing. I read a few different reviews and I would just save your time and money for a different arcade and or even fitness experience. I'm glad I came so that I can make sure to tell people about my own experience. Not impressed. (I came back to add; after checking the dates on the candy I won out of a claw machine here, 3 were out of date, 4 don't have a date and 1 is in date which is awesome but the other 3 that are out of date are from 11/24 and 15 Nov 2024...)
I really like this one. It's very family friendly and there's just enough stuff in the weight room to keep you busy and allow a full workout. Besides, who doesn't love laser tag?
Had a kids birthday party (mostly 10 year olds) and tried out the laser tag, trampolines and indoor pool. Overall great for the price. Kept 17 kids busy for 2 hours. Could have easily spent more time there. Considering getting a membership just so we can go a few times per month. Facilities aren't new but they are well kept. You can bring in your own food. Party assistant didnt do much other than remind you when to move to the next activity.
Very much rude and racist front desk lady, I came before just myself and my son and she acted fine, but when I came with my friend and her kids it was obvious from the looks and tone in her voice that she wasn’t up to having them there, my friend even went up to ask her if they had a changing table anywhere and she very bluntly said no and suggested that her and her baby go to the car & when we left she asked me if my birthday was tomorrow (it was) and she only asked me to let me know that I couldn’t come back with my family membership the next day after turning 25 also in a very rude way, didn’t wish me a happy birthday or anything, but you know what they say about the north Topeka folk!
We have loved going to great play but they no longer have the trampolines ☹️ staffing was grumpy and we ended up leaving to go to skyzone. Bummed because this was the one place that all of the kids agreed on.
