What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews for Midwest Aquatic Center show a mix of experiences, with a strong emphasis on positive aspects once inside, but a significant critique regarding external communication. Multiple patrons praise the facility for its exceptional cleanliness, often described as 'the cleanest pool in the world' and 'very clean and organized.' The staff and management consistently receive high marks for being respectful, nice, helpful, and top-notch, with special commendation for swim instructors who are understanding with children, including those with disabilities. Visitors enjoy the fun, spacious environment, highlighting attractions like the lazy river with waves and fast tubes, indicating it's a great place for both children and adults. However, a major point of frustration was the lack of clear communication about seasonal closures on Google and through phone messages, leading to inconvenience for those who traveled long distances. A minor suggestion for more shaded areas was also noted, and one reviewer described the park's appearance as somewhat dated.

Decided to go here driving from Salina to Topeka. Drove all the way there to find out they were closed for the season. And this was not posted on Google. Even when you call the telephone number it's a recorded message and no one answers. But I figured nowadays there's not a lot of people that actually man the phones. Here in Salina Kenwood Cove mentions that they're temporarily closed on Google so people don't drive out of their way. Midwest Aquatic Center should take a note from Kenwood Cove in Salina and do this for people. But Topeka is a bigger city and I can get away with it I guess. Kind of got to laugh out of it anyway looks like some type of small child like water park from the 1970s. Kind of disappointing thing for such a big city like Topeka. But I guess when a medical center is putting forth the bill I guess you're going to get that type of result

Clean,Fun Enviornment,Spacious-i especially enjoy the lazy river with the waves and riding the Yellow/Green/and Red tubes are really fast and you'll get airborne if not seated the correct way. Great place to bring the little ones but, everybody will have a blast coming here.
