I loved this place after my high school sons starting swimming for their school.

Extremely poor ventilation for swim meets. May be fine for day to day activities but needs to be fixed for larger meets. Came here again for a meet in January and once again air quality is extremely poor. Sad seeing the kids coughing and having reactions to chlorine burns. Be aware of swimming here for meets. Won't ever come back.

Masks required! During the mid day adult lap swim there are no young children for me to worry about as far as raising my exposure to COVID. That makes me feel safer. A vaccine mandate for ALL would be the safest, but apparently the authorities do not agree with me. Too bad. I'll continue monitor my risk level.

Topeka Swim Association swims year round competitive and lessons @ this clean, well ventilated and well staffed by lifeguards and USD 501 staff. Lots of parking and safe areas with a park, gas, pizza and I -70 close by.
