Way overpriced for being one of the few places in Mt Sterling. 2x as high monthly than Fusion fitness and 5x higher than planet fitness. Plus a $50 joining fee and yearly fee. Are the Hollywood elite going to be next to me? Very expensive for Mt Sterling, I'm sorry. Hot tub and pool would make it nice but hear they are often down and hardly open to use. Defeats the only reason for the overpriced gym.

Massive equipment variety, pretty have everything you could look for. Staff are very nice and helpful. Gym is clean and well maintained. Members are welcoming and willing to help. Bonus room with heavy bags

It's a fine gym. I can not stand the heavy metal music played in there, piercing my ears. Especially at 3 a.m., and I'm the only one in there. Maybe that's why most other patrons wear earbuds.

I want to preface this by saying I love this gym and I still think it is one of the best in the area. However I have been coming here since I was 13, over half my life, and in all that time there is one major problem that has seemed to persist. Cleanliness. This gym has outstanding and modern equipment, a wet sauna a dry sauna and a jacuzzi (that albeit has been broken down for some time). With all that being said, it seems that signs would rather be hung and the responsibility for a clean gym be placed on its patrons. Patrons that don’t have access to disinfectant wipes or spray bottles. The front desk staff DO mop on a regular basis, but just the vinyl flooring walkway. Completely avoiding the deadlift/dumbbell area and the mma room. If this place kept up with its household chores, bar-none this would be a top gym in the state

Love this gym. Amazing selection of free weights and machines. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. It's always clean!! I don't know all of the patrons, but the one's ive interacted with are super chill. The kids love the pool, and the sana and steam room is great for post workout. My wife enjoys the women's only private block. It's really a wonderful gym and a great resource for the community. Been a member for 10 years!
