What are people saying (AI review summary)? The reviews for this facility are mixed, but lean heavily towards negative, highlighting significant inconsistencies in guest experience. Positives include its affordability and potential as a family destination, with some finding staff kind even when crowded. However, major issues frequently reported are severe overcrowding, leading to long waits, no available seating or shade, and congested pools. Cleanliness is a recurring concern, with mentions of trash, dirty seats, and unsanitary bathrooms. Staffing is also inconsistent, with slow service at concessions and a perceived lack of lifeguard supervision. Food quality is poor, with limited menu options, and drinks often served warm. Amenities like slides are sometimes closed, and the pool water is frequently described as ice cold. Many reviewers conclude that despite the low price, the overall experience is diminished by these widespread operational and maintenance issues, suggesting a need for better management, staffing, and facility upkeep.

Great place to spend the day with your family. Very affordable and very clean
In terms of the facility, this place is great! We came on a super hot Saturday afternoon when they make it a little bit cheaper at 4:00 p.m. to come in. We had to wait for a little while because they had a sign out that said they were at capacity which was I'm sure due to the really hot weather! But the staff were very kind and we had no problem finding a place to sit even though there were hundreds of people there!
Overcrowded, Underwhelming, and Honestly Embarrassing We arrived at 3pm on a Sunday and waited 30 minutes just to get in—why? All they’re doing is collecting $10 per person. I don’t understand what’s taking so long unless they’re hand-printing the wristbands. Which no one got any type of stamp or wristband, so anyone can walk right in. Once inside, we were immediately hit with the sight of a completely overcrowded pool. Not a single chair available, let alone a shaded spot to escape the sun. We tried to make the best of it and get in the water—only to find ONE usable pool over 3ft, half of which was roped off for no reason. The other half was full of wild, splashing kids with no lifeguards paying attention or doing anything to maintain order or safety. They should have told people they were at capacity HOURS AGO. We gave up and tried the concessions—big mistake. Yes, the prices are cheap, but the food reflects it. The pizza we got? Cheese wasn’t even melted. It tasted like regret. They were out of most menu items—no Gatorade, no hot dogs, no sodas, nothing. Our only drink options were communal jug water for 50 cents or a HOT bottled water for $2. Guess which one we got. Guess how refreshing it wasn’t. This place needs serious staffing, structure, and refrigeration. Until then, save your $10, your patience, and your taste buds.
Very dirty. no staff or maintenance picking up trash. it literally is everywhere i took pictures near food window. Even told personel and still nobody cleaned it. I ordered a pretzel and was ask to wait 5 min. waited 25 mins cause she forgot about it. Food staff needs an adult to help manage orders. This looks like it could be very nice with right management staff. Seats need cleaned. some have mildew or just plain dirty. The cleanliness needs addressed. Dont get me started on bathrooms. yikes.
Two last weekends of the season they can't even have the purple slide open. The water is always ice cold. No lifeguards sitting by the kitty area/green slide. Pretty sad to pay so much money to get in and half of the amenities aren't even open. Edited to add: 10 minutes after this review they added life guards everywhere and opened the slide. Which proves they could have in the first place. Overall we love this pool and wish the water wasn't sooooo cold year round.
