It was crowded. But I expected that with it being so new. What i didn't expect was for the lazy river and slides to be shut down because they were short staffed. I would have thought it would have made more sense to close the indoor down and have the entire outdoor open. I mean I get if you don't have the lifeguards you don't have the lifeguards and you have to make adjustments. But the indoor pool even had signs saying "swim at your own risk no lifeguard on duty". But overall, even with the items that were open I felt it was worth the price of admission. I mean I wasn't going to tell a 6 and 10 year old we are going home after getting dressed, hyped, sunsrceened. Honestly any other neighborhood would love to have a pool like the kid pool just by itself. It's fine for adults - it gets 5 feet deep at the deepest. And if the other pools hadn't been closed it probably would not have been so crowded. We definitely will go back - they pretty much are the only local option and I may change my rating after trying the other pools.

I cannot understand why so many folks are ungrateful for this amazing feature for our community. This place just opened less than a month ago and the amount of negative reviews for such pettiness is absurd. Learn to lift others up and offer constructive criticism directly to management. — On our first day, we asked for a tour of the facility, and Ciara was very kind enough to show us everything the facility had to offer, including the workout gym, huge gymnasium for volleyball, and pickle ball (the court floors need to be updated!), several event spaces for birthday parties, baby showers, etc. there’s also a fun game room for the kids. But obviously the main attraction is the oversized Olympic pool with several swim lanes and diving board. There’s also a separate kiddy pool indoors. The facility plans to host swim lessons and also competitive swim sports in the future! The outdoor waterslides, children’s water theme park area, lazy river, were a huge hit with our kids!! We showed up on a Saturday at 5 o’clock and most of the crowd was gone by then. Would also recommend finding times where it’s not as crowded so that you can enjoy and connect with other families. I would check their hours as they would vary by season, but you can also count on the concession stand in the outdoor pool area as well as the coffee and cafe indoors. Our family would highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Conway.

I stopped by here today to give this a look and this facility is amazing! Everything is immaculate, the party rooms look very inviting and accommodating for those wanting to have gatherings, the lazy river and pools are very inviting. You can easily substitute a gym membership elsewhere for a membership here and come out well ahead. I definitely plan to do that, myself!

Great place to spend your summer days at! The gym is nice. Needs a bench but even without that it’s clean and quiet. Very nice to workout then dip in the lazy river. Very relaxing!

this new facility has a lot to offer. the water park was amazing. the lazy river was awesome because you don't have to be on a donut floaty. you can just swim through it. the current is nice and the whirlpool is fun. waterslide was a lot of fun as well. The kids in the splash zone had a good time with various slides.
