What are people saying (AI review summary)? This facility is generally well-regarded, particularly for children's activities like birthday parties, offering amenities such as a water obstacle course, diving boards, and designated play areas. It is also highly valued by individuals with mobility issues or injuries, providing a heated therapy pool, water exercise equipment, and accommodating staff who support modified swimming. Patrons appreciate the location, climate control, and the emphasis on safety with multiple lifeguards. However, a significant concern raised by multiple reviewers is the behavior of some lifeguards, described as rude, overly strict, inconsistent in rule enforcement, and prone to making children and families feel uncomfortable or embarrassed through yelling and constant staring. Some minor suggestions include adding a slide and a more accessible shallow end for children.

Great place for children’s birthday parties. They have water obstacle course and diving board
I have a lot of arthritis in my hips. The staff is friendly and helpful. I swim laps with a waist float and nobody makes fun of that. And when I can't swim laps anymore, they have a smaller pool for in exercise. For a 60 year old guy with increasing mobility problems as I age, this place is a blessing
My kids love this facility and enjoy swimming tremendously. Children's safety is top priority I understand however their mental health is as equally important and life guard responses to situations should be fair and equal to all. Getting in a child's face and yelling at them in front of everyone seems ridiculously overboard and should not be tolerated as policy nor practice. If a child is so unruly that these tactics become necessary then simply stepping away for a moment to gather yourself and addressing it appropriately seems logical. No one should be embarrassed, humiliated nor berated.
Life guards was rude and stuck up!! They would just stair at u constantly and rudely not as a life guard should act.....they made my kids and family uncomfortable. Would whistle n say shit when we wasn't breaking rules when others was... wondering if thats why there was hardly anyone there because of rude none fun people!!! Things need to change. Never going back
Love the location and the climate control. They need a slide and a shallow end that children are allowed in. They now have a huge floating obstacle course for children, and of course several lifeguards at all times. During the hours that they have the floatation device in the competition pool they still have the diving board accessible and and area for kids to swim and play basketball etc. They keep two lanes open for lap swimming also. The therapy pool provides a heated pool for us older generation people so that the cold water won't make your joint ache. If you are a member you can check out exercise equipment for in the water. Perfect for someone like me that need to exercise in water bc of injuries that don't allow exercise out of water.
