About

Public swimming facility offering swimming and lessons, plus lifeguards.

The main lap pool at Bear River Natatorium is typically maintained at a comfortable temperature of approximately 80-82°F (27-28°C). If a separate therapy or warmer leisure pool is available, it is generally kept at a higher temperature, often around 90-92°F (32-33°C).

What are people saying (AI review summary)? This facility is generally well-regarded as an affordable, family-friendly venue with ample parking and very friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. The indoor pool is a highlight, described as one of the best, featuring two diving boards, both deep and shallow swimming areas, and available lap lanes. A large gym for sports like basketball and volleyball is also present. However, some common criticisms include the high noise level due to poor sound absorption, and specifically for water polo, the pool's depth is not regulation, which makes playing difficult and raises safety concerns for players.

Staff is very courteous and helpful. They allowed me to take my wife through the office and provided a bench so we could watch grandchildren at swim lessons. Thank you!!!!

Best indoor pool around. Friendly lifeguards, this pool had 2 diving boards, both deep and shallow swimming areas, just ask for a lane line for lap swimming. They're is also a large gym to play bakery, volley ball, etc.

Clean and nice, a bit high on the loud side as the sound absorption is near non-existent. The actual pool for waterpolo is totally out of regulation depth, and I sure hope none of the players go home with broken or scathed toes due to kicking the pool floor when doing any normal action they are perfectly accustomed to do in a regulation depth pool.

It's a great pool. But it's a little difficult to play water polo in the shallow deep. But overall a great place
