What are people saying (AI review summary)? The facility is highly regarded for its friendly and responsive staff, cleanliness, and reasonable prices, serving as a valuable indoor resource. Many reviewers, especially families, appreciate the large shallow pool area, consistent lifeguard presence, and warm showers. Additional amenities include a weight room with free weights, basketball courts, and treadmills overlooking the pool. While some noted the facility feels dated and suggested improvements like family changing rooms or more modern weight machines, the manager's willingness to address and resolve concerns was positively highlighted. There was conflicting feedback regarding the pool's temperature for small children and its suitability for general play, but its long-standing community presence and overall positive experience for swimming are consistent themes.

We absolutely love going here to swim. The kids love the large shallow portion of the pool where they have tons of room to swim, but are able to stand up if they need too. They are great at having lifeguards there and swap them out regularly. I love that they have treadmills up on the balcony so you can exercise while you watch your older kids. We have loved our family pass as it has saved us during these winter months to be able to tire out the kiddos. Not crazy busy and has warm showers in both the male and female locker rooms.
I originally gave this facility a two star rating, but I would like to provide an update. My original review was based, in part, upon misinformation provided by a couple of employees. The Natatorium manager saw my review and specifically sought me out to ask some questions and resolve my concerns. I appreciate his willingness to address my concerns and correct the misunderstanding. --Original comments-- First off, the staff is typically very friendly and the facility is generally clean. Rates are reasonable. The facility is somewhat dated and could use an update/reconstruction. It was a bit of an adjustment coming from a community with a brand new building with more modern features and layout including family changing rooms. If you're going to use the pool for lap swimming the temperature is probably fine. But my small children shiver and chatter the whole time because they are freezing. Perhaps not ideal for families.
Have been swimming here since I was a wee lad and it's still a great public pool. It has 2 low diving boards and 2 swimming lanes and a large free swim area with a depth of 3.5 to 4 feet. The diving area is 12 ft deep. In addition to the pool, there is a weight room and basketball courts. There are changing rooms as well, but bring your own lock if you want protect valuables. The pool has two lifeguards at all times to keep people safe. There are water aerobics classes too, check website for times if interestered. They used to have a large hot tub which was nice, maybe they will bring that feature back in the future (Hint hint).
Great staff. Really warm all year round. The basketball floor is really nice, the weight room has all the free weights you can need but no good machines. The pool is great for swimming but not really for playing.
So nice to have an indoor place for swimming in our little community. I have been enjoying this place since I was little and my kids learned how to swim here. Prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and everything is clean.
