We love our time at Longfellow arms. It’s been a great experience working with the management here. They are so nice and respond so quickly when we have questions. The grounds are always clean and maintained. The apartments are nice, perfect for our family. Maintenance is always very prompt, nice, and fixing things quickly.

At Longfellow Arms there is a sense of peace and tranquillity Knowing that the office and grounds staff are exceptional and so courteous makes the experience even more enjoyable. The office staff are so nice and outgoing with any issue. I am so thankful that I can be at peace when I arrive at my apartment. It is great to have exceptional management and an awesome service team.

Wonderful experience from tour date to move-in date! The staff is highly responsive and the unit was in excellent condition with only very few and minor scuffs and dings. I was even left a lovely welcome gift of a new cutting board, hand soap, and a dishcloth and some wooden kitchen utensils in the unit. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and well-kept, the pre-installed fiber internet was incredibly easy to connect to, and I was even able to rent a washer/dryer from the complex to install in my unit since I don’t have my own. I’m incredibly pleased and excited to live here!

Absolutely crooked, immoral staff! They recently installed internet without telling tenants purchasing it would be mandatory when renewing their lease. When you go to sign a new lease, they spring this on you, and if you decide to move instead, charge you for insufficient notice. **Update*** They gave the same canned response to contact the office to resolve it, and that it was just a misunderstanding. No misunderstanding, they made it very clear they didn't have to give notice. It cost me over $900, plus the costs of the move, but there is no way I will rent from someone so dishonest.
